Charity Fund of the Wing of the Volunteer

We will never forget this day. The day the war began. It was very vile and cruel when all of Ukraine slept peacefully, not even suspecting that it would wake up from explosions.

Andriy Serhiyevich Matvienko: Founder of the Charity Fund "Wings of the Volunteer"

Ukraine has always been known for its heroes, people who are ready to give everything for the sake of their country and compatriots. One of such extraordinary people is   Andriy Serhiyevich Matvienko, founder of the "Kryla Volunteera" charity fund.

Since the beginning of the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine on February 24, 2022, Andriy Sergeyevich returned from Poland to Ukraine and immediately decided to act. He became a volunteer and went to the very center of events, where he experienced the complexity of the situation his country was going through.

He fearlessly traveled through cities affected by aggression, bringing humanitarian aid - food, water, medical supplies and clothes. His unstoppable determination was a great help to those most affected by the war.

During this time, Andrii Serhiyovych was and remains an undeniable example of sacrifice and dignity. Every day he risked his life to help the defenders of Ukraine.

One of his outstanding initiatives was raising funds to buy cars for the military. He understood how this technique could save lives and facilitate the work of military personnel in a combat zone.

Andriy Serhiyevich Matvienko became a real hero of his country, a symbol of hope for many people who survived the terrible times of war. His boundless willpower and self-sacrifice made a huge contribution to the support and restoration of Ukraine. He is an example of how one person can make a difference in the world and inspire others to join charitable efforts to help those who need it most. That is why he decided to establish the "Wings of the Volunteer" Charitable Foundation, which will be able to help his country more and bring our Victory closer.
